A CNC Quoting Service, Not Another Software Seat
Zenith is a CNC quoting service. You email your RFQ prints, I price each part on your machines and rates and check every line, and you get back a finished, itemized quote with your logo, ready to send under your name.
EMAIL YOUR RFQ PRINTS TO quotes@zenithquoting.comYour first 10 prints are free while I learn your shop's rates.
Service, not software
Quoting software gives you a tool. Someone at your shop still has to read the print, choose the stock, count the setups, work out the run time and type it all in. If that someone is also the owner or the lead machinist, the software doesn't take anything off their plate.
A quoting service hands you the finished quote. With the Desk, the reading, the pricing and the checking are my job. Your job is to look it over, change anything you want, and send it. I never contact your customer.
How a print becomes a quote
- You email the RFQ prints to quotes@zenithquoting.com, with the quantities your customer asked for.
- Each print is checked for export markings on Zenith's own computer before anything else happens to it.
- I read the print: material, stock size, diameters, lengths, threads, tolerances and finish callouts.
- I price the part on the machine in your shop it would run on, using your rates for setup, programming, run time and inspection.
- I check every line. Anything I'm unsure of is flagged on the quote, not hidden.
- You get back a PDF quote with your logo. You look it over and send it under your name.
Why your own rates matter
Two shops can quote the same print and both be right, because their machines, rates and habits are different. A quote built on a generic rate can lose you a job you should have won, or win you one that loses money. That's why the Desk prices on your numbers: your rate for each machine, your setup and programming time, and your material costs if you share them.
Here's how it starts: send me a few prints you've already quoted, with the price you sent or your shop rates. I price them on your numbers and send them back side by side, so you see line by line where Zenith matches you and where it doesn't.
What's covered
The Desk quotes turned and mill-turn parts from bar or tube, from the 2D print. Send a PDF if you have one; a scan or a clear phone photo of the print works too.
Not covered: ITAR or export-controlled prints. Every print is checked for export markings first, and a marked print is held and never sent to an AI service. Work outside turned and mill-turn parts from bar or tube, like sheet metal or weldments, isn't part of the Desk. If a print falls outside the scope, I'll tell you instead of guessing at it.
What it costs
Your first 10 prints are free while I learn your shop's rates. After that, it's $399 a month for up to 40 prints, plus $10 per extra print. My first five shops lock in $199 a month for 12 months. Nothing costs money unless you agree to it in writing.
Every shop also gets its own login to the Zenith Tool at app.zenithquoting.com. It shows each value read from the print next to the price line it drives, and you can price a part yourself whenever you want to. Using it is optional; email alone works.
Questions shops ask
Straight answers from Malik Carey, who runs the Desk.
What is a CNC quoting service?
It's a service that prices your RFQ prints for you and hands back the finished quote. With the Zenith Quoting Desk, I price each print on your machines and rates, check every line, and send back an itemized quote with your logo.
How is this different from CNC quoting software?
Software gives you a tool, and someone at your shop still does the estimating. With the Desk, I do the estimating on your rates and you review a finished quote. You also get your own Zenith Tool login if you want to price a part yourself.
What do I send to get started?
A few prints you've already quoted, with the price you sent or your shop rates. I price them on your numbers and send them back side by side, so you see line by line where Zenith matches you and where it doesn't.

No. Every print is checked for export markings first, and a marked print is held and never sent to an AI service. Please don't send them.
