1. Who we are

Zenith Quoting ("Zenith," "we," "us," or "our") is a blueprint-to-quote estimation service for precision manufacturers, operated by Malik Carey and based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This policy applies to zenithquoting.com and to the quoting service delivered by email.

2. Information we collect

Information you send us

Blueprint and RFQ files — the 2D drawings, PDFs, part specifications, quantities, and notes you forward to our intake addresses (quotes@ / malik@zenithquoting.com) so we can produce an estimate.
Contact details — your name, business name, email address, and (if you call our intake line) your phone number.

Information collected automatically

Website analytics — when you visit our site we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies and collect standard data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and general (city/region level) location. This helps us understand how the site is used.

3. How we use your information

To read your blueprints and generate an itemized quote or estimate.
To reply to you, follow up, and provide the service.
To operate, secure, measure, and improve our website and quoting engine.
To send occasional business outreach to manufacturers who may benefit from the service (see Section 6).

4. Automated and AI processing of blueprints

Your blueprints are processed by automated software, including AI-based document parsing and estimation models, to extract dimensions, materials, and machining features and to calculate pricing. A human may review the result before it is sent. We treat the drawings you send as confidential (see Section 7) and do not use them to publicly train models or share them with other customers.

5. Cookies and analytics choices

We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager), not for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Email outreach and unsubscribing

We may send business-to-business outreach emails to manufacturers. Every such email identifies us, includes our physical mailing address, and offers a way to opt out. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any message, and we will stop contacting you. We honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

7. Confidentiality of your drawings

The blueprints and specifications you send are your property or your customer's property. We keep them confidential, use them only to prepare your estimate, and do not sell or disclose them to third parties except the service providers in Section 8 who help us operate, or as required by law.

8. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers that run our infrastructure, each acting on our behalf:

Netlify — website hosting.
Namecheap Private Email — email delivery and receipt.
Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — website analytics.
AI/document-processing providers — used to parse and price your blueprints.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

9. Data retention

We keep blueprints, quotes, and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business and record-keeping purposes. You may ask us to delete your files and information at any time (see Section 11).

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email in particular is not a fully secure channel; please avoid sending anything you consider highly sensitive beyond the drawings needed to quote.

11. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of analytics and outreach. To make a request, email malik@zenithquoting.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

12. Children

Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
