Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zenith Quoting's website and quoting service. Please read Section 3 carefully — it is the most important part. This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

1. Agreement

By using zenithquoting.com or by sending us a blueprint to obtain a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. "Zenith," "we," "us," and "our" mean Zenith Quoting, operated by Malik Carey in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

2. What we do

Zenith is a concierge estimation service. You forward a 2D blueprint or RFQ by email, our software (including AI-based parsing and pricing) analyzes it, and we return an itemized quote or estimate. We are not a machine shop and do not manufacture parts; we produce estimates to help you quote faster.

3. Estimates are for reference only

Every quote, price, and figure we provide is an estimate for reference only. It is generated by automated analysis of the drawing you send and may contain errors or omissions. It is not a binding offer, a guaranteed price, an engineering opinion, or a substitute for your own review. Before you rely on any number — and before you submit a bid to your customer — you must independently verify all dimensions, materials, tolerances, quantities, setups, and pricing. You are solely responsible for the quotes and bids you issue to your own customers.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information so we can estimate correctly.
Only send drawings you own or are authorized to share. Do not send a third party's confidential or proprietary drawings without their permission.
Review and verify every estimate before using it.
Use the service only for lawful business purposes.

5. Confidentiality

We treat the drawings and specifications you send as confidential and use them only to prepare your estimate, as described in our Privacy Policy. In turn, our quotes, methods, pricing logic, and any materials we share with you are our confidential information and may not be resold, republished, or used to build a competing service.

6. Free print / promotional offers

Introductory offers (such as a free first estimate) are provided at our discretion, may be limited in number or time, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Offers are for legitimate business prospects and may not be abused.

7. Intellectual property

The Zenith Quoting name, website, content, and estimation engine are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You keep all rights to the drawings you send us. We keep all rights to the software and to the format and methodology of the quotes we produce.

8. No warranty

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates will be error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any result will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith Quoting and Malik Carey will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from your reliance on an estimate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific estimate giving rise to the claim (which may be zero for free estimates).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenith Quoting and Malik Carey from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, the bids or quotes you issue to your customers, or your violation of these terms or of any third party's rights (including sending drawings you were not authorized to share).

11. Declining or ending service

We may decline, suspend, or discontinue service to anyone at any time, including for misuse, abuse of promotional offers, or any conduct we reasonably consider harmful. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
