How Zenith handles your drawings
You are trusting me with your customer's print. Here is exactly where it goes, which drawings I will not take, and how to tell a real Zenith email from a scam.
Where a drawing goes
You email the PDF to quotes@zenithquoting.com. When it arrives, my own computer reads the drawing's text for CUI, ITAR and export-control markings, before it goes anywhere else.
If it is unmarked, Zenith sends it to two AI services to read it: LlamaParse reads the page layout, and Anthropic's Claude reads the dimensions and notes. Anthropic's commercial terms say your data is not used to train their models by default. LlamaParse is set not to keep a cached copy.
Every quote is checked by me before it is sent to you.
Drawings Zenith does not accept
Zenith is not CMMC certified and not registered under ITAR. Please do not send drawings marked CUI, ITAR, export controlled, or with a DoD Distribution Statement B through F.
If one arrives anyway, it is held on my computer the moment it is read: it is not uploaded anywhere, and I reply to you personally.
One limit you should know about: a scanned image of a drawing has no text for that check to read. So please do not send a controlled drawing as a scan either.
Where it is kept, and how to delete it
Your drawing and your quote are kept on Zenith's own computer and its backup drive, filed under your company. They are not in a shared drive, and there is no public link to them.
Ask, and I delete all of it, from the computer and the backup, and email you a written receipt of what was removed. The receipt also lists what I cannot delete for you, such as our email thread and the AI services' own records, so you know exactly where things stand.
How to tell it is really Zenith
- Email from Zenith only comes from quotes@zenithquoting.com or malik@zenithquoting.com.
- A quote arrives as a PDF, in reply to the email you sent your drawing from.
- Zenith will never ask you for a password or a login. There is no Zenith account or portal to sign in to.
- Zenith will never ask for card or bank details by email, text or phone. Invoices come through Stripe.
- Zenith will never ask you to change where you send a payment. If anyone does, by email, text or phone, it is not me, even if the email looks exactly like mine.
- If a message looks off, do not click anything in it. Start a new email to malik@zenithquoting.com and ask. I will answer.
