I build the estimating engine that turns a 2D manufacturing print into a fully itemized quote in about two minutes. I am based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and I work with machine shops across Northeast Ohio.
Why I built Zenith Quoting
Every shop owner I talk to describes the same bottleneck. RFQs stack up on one person's desk, and that person prices them by hand, off the print, between everything else the day demands. The work is skilled and slow, and it is the reason quotes go out days after they were asked for. Jobs get lost on turnaround, not on price.
So I built an engine that reads the drawing itself. It pulls hole counts, volumes, material and machining time straight off the geometry, then shows its work. You see the numbers it used, not just the price it landed on. That is the part that matters: an estimator can check its math against their own instead of being asked to trust a black box.
What I actually do
I write the engine, and I answer the emails. There is no support queue and no account manager. When a shop forwards a print to quotes@zenithquoting.com, the quote comes back the same way, and if something looks wrong you are replying to me.
How I work with shops
The first five prints are free, and the honest way to judge the engine is to send one you have already quoted. Grade my number against yours. If it lands close, you have a fast second set of eyes on every RFQ. If it is off, you have lost the time it took to forward an email.
After the trial it is $49 per print run, invoiced monthly on net 30, or $999 a month for unlimited prints. No portal, no seat licenses, nothing to install.
